Valentine's Day Dinner
About this event:
Delight your sweetheart with a delicious, four-course fine dining experience at Cherokee Ridge on Wednesday, February 14. We will offer two seating times: 5:30pm and 7:00pm.
Since Valentine’s Day falls on Ash Wednesday this year, we are offering a fish entree as well as a beef entree.
Appetizer: Shrimp and Grits Orleans for Two
Salad: Spring Mix topped with Grilled Peaches, Candied Pecans, Sugar Cured Bacon Pieces and Feta, finished with Orange Vinaigrette
Intermezzo: Lemon Sorbet
Your Choice of Entree: Grilled Bacon-Wrapped Filet Mignon
Grilled Red Snapped with Citrus Artichoke Buerre Blanc
Both entrees served with Pan-Seared Scallops atop Fennel Mashed Potatoes, finished with Marchand de Vin and Bearnaise Sauce, along side Sweet and Spicy Brussels
Dessert: Creme Brulee
Pricing: $35 per Beef Entree* or $30 per Fish Entree*
